    This location wasn’t far from our home so it became our main stop and we give them 5 stars.. always available to help everyone is always happy with a smile.. it’s a pleasant environment they make you comfortable if you do have to wait.. I’ve not had an issue at any of the locations CRCU is our only financial institution I’ll take them over any bank

    I have been with this credit union for a pretty good while now and have had no complaints, but after going through being scammed the amount of help I got from Rodney Schwebel to get my money back to me was outstanding! He was attentive to the situation as if it were his own, and kept his promises throughout the ordeal!

    Joanna Is literally the best personal finance officer I have ever encountered!! She was EXTREMELY helpful! She was super friendly and completely great at conversation starters while waiting. She was super quick and even stayed after they closed to finish helping me and answering any questions I had. I will forever come to her if I need anything related! I am extremely pleased with my experience with her. :)

    I would rate this modern and very clean business with 5 stars except for one small issue. I have a car loan here, but cannot transfer from my bank to my loan account because I do not have a savings/checking account here. So, each month I elect to drive over and make my payment. I guess I could mail it, but I sure wish I could simply do a paperless transaction over the internet.

    I have not found anyone working in this facility to be anything other than outstanding. It is conveniently located for me.I dont like that, unlike other facilities my direct deposit may/may not show up on the day it is posted. The transactions run slow for this credit union as a whole. Not understood since the direct deposit is a direct transaction from one facility to another.Other than this I am very pleased.
