Ive been banking with them for over 10 years!!! Weve had a few hiccups, but nothing that would make me change. This credit union highly values their customer. Weve used many of there services and havent been disappointed yet. It would be nice if the bank didnt open so late.(Another review highlight) I saw another review regarding the fact they closed the account due to it wanting a password. If this gentleman would have looked in the original paperwork, they give you a temporary login until you create your own. Patience goes a long way. Im sorry he didnt have that. -

I have banked (or should I say credit unioned) with CRCU for over 10 years. I was scared changing from another nationwide bank that I had been with in some form or fashion since I was 16 and had my first savings account. CRCU has great rates, for their Reward Checking (it was at 6.0% for one month) and I have always had fast service and never pay to use a ATM if I need cash. (I get reimbursed for both transaction fees from them and from the owner of the ATM). I love the personal attention that I get from the credit union and will keep my accounts there for the foreseeable future. I get free online bill pay, free checking, and a pretty good interest rate for just having a checking account (currently 3%). i prefer to use my local Crosby branch, but have had great experiences with all of the branches. The Grath road branch has the best teller set up. It doesnt feel like one is at the bank at all. -

I love this bank and the mobile app! I’ve been to a few different banks like Wells Fargo and such but they could never compare to how welcoming, supportive and compassionate crcu is. If you’re considering a bank to be a part of your life I definitely recommend CRCU !! -

I recently moved to this neighborhood, was looking for a new bank near home and tried this Community Resource Credit Union; This was definitely the best choice I could have made. The customer service is excellent, every time you need to walk in the bank for any service, they welcome you and make you feel appreciated as a customer. I got a car loan at this location and Maritzela helped me with the process, she was more than just a banker, she made me feel, welcomed, appreciated, and was also very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this bank! -

Ive had accounts with CRCU for 30 years. The Crosby branch has been my main bank for about 10 years. EXCELLENT customer service. Kristina and Jocelyn are always smiling so big I cant help but have a good experience there. All of the reps and tellers have always been professional, and have always answered any questions and resolved any issues that I might have had. And they all seem so genuinely nice and sweet. I will NEVER go to another bank. -

Update 1/3/24: Crosby CRCU replaced old, stinky tubes. YAY! Changing from 4 stars to 5.I love everything about my bank EXCEPT THESE TUBES!! They are always filthy and smell like throw up! I wish I was being dramatic!! I’ve mentioned it to the teller and she said they clean them… idk… but they’re gross! (Crosby location) -

I have to share my experience with Community Resource Credit Union. I was looking to purchase a vehicle and applied for a pre-approval letter. I called and spoke with Ms. Mena. I don’t know if you can ask for her personally, but it wouldn’t hurt to try. She went right to work and within minutes had called me and sent me an email with the approval letter. At the same time my wife and I wanted to refinance her vehicle and spoke with Ms. Mena. She had the paperwork ready within a day or two. Assisted with making sure everything was completed and filed. She very much wanted us to succeed and it showed. I highly recommend Ms. Mena and Community Resource Credit Union. -
