As a 15+ year veteran in the DFW commercial and residential real estate industry, I have found that it is extremely rare to stumble upon a mortgage lender that truly has Common Sense. Not only does Derek and his team possess the unique skills to get even the most complex loan across the finish line, but they bring so much else to the table. Prior to being in the mortgage industry, Derek worked as a Realtor in the DFW metroplex. Having mastered that area of real estate, he had the rare opportunity to work side-by-side and be extensively mentored by one of Dallas leading mortgage professionals and brilliant entrepreneurs. Its invaluable to have a multi-faceted approach when it comes to mortgage lending. I know first-hand as I have referred family and friends to Dereks team and have also obtained financing through him.
