Phenomenal team and experience. Cole and his team were on top of it to ensure that we were educated and confident moving forward in any direction. My 100% truthful experience with Cole Holmes with Waterstone Mortgage (I get nothing in return for this except helping others navigate the difficult process of funding for a home - an exhausting and somewhat nerve racking process). Why choose Cole? You can shop for rates, terms, etc., and Cole is right there with top competitive options, but top priority for me was the communication - clear, frequent, easy to contact and very responsive to all of my questions/concerns.
