I actually reached out to them ~2 weeks before my closing date and they were able to get everything done super fast and help me close on my home. Long story short my other lender wasnt able to get an appraisal done in time so my realtor informed me of her preferred lender, Cody.     Working with Cody and his team was a breeze! We were originally pre-approved through a national lender, but were struggling getting offers accepted due to long closing turnaround times. Decided to work with a local lender and was referred to Cody through our realtor. After one call we were able to get our pre-approval letter, and any time we needed to make adjustments they were sent over to us within a couple of hours. Once we got an offer accepted, we were able to close and pick up our keys in less than 30 days! This was huge for us as we are expecting and wanted to get settled before the baby comes. The regular Tuesday updates were great through the closing process and made it so we were never wondering what was going on. All of the team members we worked with were extremely knowledgeable and responsive whenever we had a question. Absolutely recommend working with Cody and his team for your home lending purposes. Cannot say enough great things about our experience!

    We had a very smooth mortgage closing process with Cody. We reached out to Cody a year before buying our house. He pre-approved us then and a year later when we closed on our house, it went so fast and smooth. Our builder recommended their lender, but we ultimately chose Cody because he is much more efficient and beat others in rate.
