I have been a member since 2003 and have went through a lot of name changes and some disappointments but today I received 100% Customer Service. I was lost MiKayla assisted me with direction to new location….they have a drive through in Portland! That is a big wow if you didn’t know I sure didn’t know. The girls in Portland Ciara and Carrie went above and beyond to help me. I love having a bank that goes above and beyond.

I want to thank the Portland Branch of CoastLife CU for their help and AWESOME care to detail. I came in with a specific Loan Request after being denied at my old CU. Sierra and Rose Mary brainstormed and came back to me with a few different options that would still benefit me for what I was looking to accomplish (something I didnt receive from my previous CU). Rose Mary continued to work with my profile and walked me along the whole process and helped with any questions I had. Rose Mary, Sierra and the Portland Branch are a great Team!

I cannot say enough good things about the Portland Branch and the manager there Sierra. They are always friendly and very enthusiastic to help. Sierra has helped me rebuild my credit. I have had multiple vehicles financed through CoastLife. Amazingly low interest rates. Even an ATV. Still low interest rates. Without the help of Sierra and guiding me through fixing my credit I’d never have been able to buy my new house. She and the employees she has trained at that branch are an amazing group of people
