We were referred to use CLM mortgage with our home builder, and it was the best decision we made! Sierra is outstanding and was so great to work with. We are first time home buyers and she went above and beyond to make the process stress free and easy. The day we moved in she had a welcomehome basket with goodies in it which was so sweet! I will recommend CLM mortgage to anyone, especially working with Sierra!

If I could give infinite 5 stars I would. Sierra was an absolute dream to work with. We were so worried that owning a home was out of our reach at this time, but Sierra assured us that we WILL get this home. From start to finish, she walked us through the whole process beautifully. I’ve always heard horror stories about the home buying process, but I can honestly say it was so easy with Sierra by our side. If I’m being honest, she’s truly a gem… an angel even. This whole process was so smooth. Every question was answered. Our minds were so at ease the whole time. We are so thankful for Sierra. We can’t sing her praises enough. Even when we thought obstacles came our way, she reassured us that this home was ours. Sierra, we thank God for you. CLM has a gem on their hands. If you ever work with this company, work with HER!

My home buying experience was nothing short of hard and yet it was still AMAZING all because of Sierra!! I may be biased in saying that she’s THE BEST lender to work with in DFW, but her knowledge and support for the families she’s working for is phenomenal and greatly appreciated. Even after recently giving birth, she still showed up for me and my family and that in itself just shows her passion and dedication. It would be a dream come true for me to have her as my lender during my next (and any future) home buying experience(s). If you’re reading these reviews because Sierra is your lender, please know that you are in great hands and as long as you do your part, Sierra has your back 1000% percent!

My review is solely based on the service my Loan Officer Sierra V provided.She was absolutely outstanding and was there from beginning to end. She is personable, professional, and through.I started my process in March/April, and while there were bumps along the way, Sierra continued to keep me positive and motivated that I was able to obtain the home that I wanted.Her communication and processing was always professional and consistent. She also assisted sometimes after her working hours with questions or concerns that I had.I can truly go on and on regarding Sierra but I will just say that she is truly a gem, and I hope that CLM understands the value that she brings to the company.I appreciate everything she has done from the bottom of my heart, and wish her nothing but continued success.

My feedback/ experience with CLM mortgage is because of the exceptional experience that Sierra Viscardis provided. My wife and I were working on a strict timeline of under 30 days to close for a relocation from the Midwest to Texas for work. Sierra was a consummate professional the entire time. She went out of her way to ensure we were properly cared for and leaned in on resources outside her scope of work. She remained a calming force even in times where I was more spirited in my approach. She is a true gem of the company and I would recommend anyone that can, to personally request Sierra Viscardis if you love quality and exemplary service. Huge Thanks!

Hello All , This is my first mortgage experience and my honest opinion . I had a fabulous experience especially with Sierra Viscardis , the loan officer in CLM . She is knowledgeable , thorough and easy to work with . More than that , one of the finest persons I have ever met . She explained me each every step ‘n’ number of times repeatedly as I am new to the process . Gave me knowledge and allowed me to choose. Suggested wise decisions and gave me competitive rates . There was few ups and downs in my credit scores and she helped me throughout and gave me confidence . She usually says “ Don’t worry and we are going to get this home for sure “.
