I understand that there are some that have given negative reviews and I think the most difficult thing is actually contacting the right person however, I had a small problem that anybody can run into and I contacted a gentleman by the name of John Bargas and what a professional he is in fact I ended up going with another mortgage company And it was nothing to do with click and close. It was with my mortgage broker that had referred me to them stop taking my calls and so I end up going with my builders referral bank, but had I met this gentleman I would’ve gone with click and close because of the high-quality of Employee. This guy was and he had nothing but good things to say about his boss and the owner, which is rare these days so before you judge this company from any negative reviews think twice I think this company is worth looking at and doing business with

David and Kris were fantastic. The number one thing is communication - financing is complex and requires a lot of paperwork. Communication was comprehensive - there wasn’t “oh and this, oh and this” like I’ve experienced elsewhere. While my situation may have been on the easier side, I only had to send in paperwork ONCE. These guys obviously know what they’re doing and I highly recommend. We did a refi with cash out - we have money to remodel AND lowered our mortgage $200/month. Thanks to all at Mid-America, a job well done!!

Going to give them 4 stars because up front, it was a really great experience. I think it was just our contact that I had the issue with. My husband and I bought our first home (just closed Friday). In the beginning of this process, our contact explained everything that was happening, and things seemed to go very quickly. After the inspection, however, it all fell apart. No word from him on what the next steps were; come to find out - he was waiting on us to get some papers filed. At first, we didnt need to file those papers, we just needed to show them. And then after we filed those papers, we were back in limbo again. We didnt know where we were in the process or what was going to happen next. We went into underwriting, and then all of a sudden our realtor emails with a closing date of a week later. It was fine because we had the funds of course, but it was just nothing... and then BOOM, closing. A little help and guidance would have been appreciative. Overall though, the company is great, and I would recommend them. I would just ask that they perhaps educate their first time homebuyers a little more on what to expect throughout the ENTIRE process.
