Mrs. Charlotte worked non-stop to get my client to closing! Dedication is the true word that describes Mrs. Charlotte!! There were so many hurdles that had to be overcome and she practically got the Condo association squared away on the lending side. The closing process took longer than expected, but to no fault of Mrs. Charlottes company or my buyer client. It was non-stop requests from Fannie Mae to get the Condo Association up to par, which she did. I will always refer Mrs. Charlotte out to my clients and anyone who asks for a great referral or reference! Thank you!!!
