I was looking to refinance an investment property when an investor friend on mine recommended me City bank. So, I went to their website and applied for a loan.I can honestly say I had a great experience during my home loan process. Bob Rowten at Citi Bank explained the process and guided me through it. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind & patient. He helped me get a fair rate at the current market rates. I would definitely recommend City bank for anyone looking for a home loan. -

I am usually not one to write reviews BUT if I could give the Bob Rowten Team more than 5 stars I definitely would! I was not a first time mortgage applicant so I had some what of experience in this area & I will tell you that this application ride was so smooth it was almost unbelievable! Mind you, I lived about 5 or so hours away and Bob was able to work with me despite the distance! A few review words can not explain how thankful I am my realtor Miran Faulks recommended Bob Rowten! I know everyones experience can be quite different depending on different circumstances, but I highly recommend you look into City Bank when you are looking for a mortgage loan because they will not disappoint you! I havent quite found my dream home yet, but when I do Im definitely coming back to City Bank and looking for Bobs team! Thanks Bob for a great experience! -

The bank has been good so far. I wanted to switch banks to get away from Wells Fargo...The only problem Ive had is when I set up my new account, they gave me my new debit card and told me it was just a temporary one and that I would get my permanent one in the mail. After two weeks and not getting my card, I went in and asked about it. They said, Ok wait right here. They bring me back my card with my name in it and everything..... WHY DIDNT YOU JUST GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I SET UP MY ACCOUNT THE FIRST TIME?! -

As a long time customer I couldnt be more happy to bank here. I would avoid using Shelia though, when an issue arises because life happens she somewhat scolds you when she is helping you. It makes you feel like you should of never come in for help, and when you ask for help it shouldn’t be met with reproach. -
