Love my bank, we had someone steal my credit card info and purchase 2 gift cards at two different places. Citizens had the money back in our account the next morning. Recommend them to everyone.

The thieves know that memorial day weekend is a great time for credit card fraud because we arent likely to see it for several days. But thankfully we use CNB of Texas and Debit Alerts so I knew first thing Saturday morning that someone had accessed my business account and with a call to the Call Center we had the card cancelled and my other cards protected. We got a plan in place for fraud protection and I headed to the open Uptown Branch to sign my paperwork! As always the Call Center and CNB protected my business assets. If you dont have debit alerts, you need that extra piece of mind. Thank you!
