We love the small town bank feel! CNB is big enough to serve all our needs, but we get the customer service we all want.Margo, the branch manager at the Waxahachie Uptown location, has helped us so many times. She is always friendly and knowledgeable. It is important to be able to trust someone with your finances and Margo makes that easy.

I like this bank (although I dont love it). They do try to sneak in some fees but are happy to refund them if you catch them in time. I do like the fact that I can call them and immediately a real person picks up. When I have questions about my account, they dont even have to transfer me. Great service!

After working with the Call Center at the Downtown Branch on Memorial Day weekend to cancel my debit cards due to fraud, I had the opportunity to work with Branch Manager Michael to file the necessary paperwork to all of the online businesses where my information had been used fraudulently. He helped to make sure that my information was protected across all my accounts and the right information was given to the police department in Florida where we had tracked down the source of the purchases.
