Christina was such an amazing lender to work with. Anytime I had a question regarding the file, she was quick to respond. I never guessed where the file was as she updated me every part of the way. As a listing agent, I can not tell you how wonderful it is to not have to be the one reaching out. I would definitely work with Christina again. I can say if I am the listing agent on another transaction and see her name on a pre-qualification/approval letter I will have a rave review to give to my sellers.

Christina and her team were OUTSTANDING! Everything went very smooth. The pre-approval was received very fast and we were able to close on the house sooner than the original closing date. My case wasnt straight-forward given that I was working and living outside the US for the last 2 years. While other lenders mention that I needed to wait, she was able to get us the loan. Also the type of visa that I currently have is not a very common one, Christina and her team really went beyond expectations to make sure everything was set correctly on a very timely manner.
