I have known of Christina since 2018. We have bought and sold many homes since then. I have always reached out to her and asked questions. She has ALWAYS answered every call/ text and answered my questions with zero pressure to use her. I knew I always wanted to use Christina and her team, but was always suckered into using a preferred lender thinking I had better rates . Skip forward to March 2025. I told my husband this time I’m calling Christina !! I know for a fact she will handle our loan with care as she has with every question we have asked her in the past with out the pressure of using her .its our time to support her as she has us. Not only did we call her , she has emailed text and called with every update . She didn’t want us sitting on pens and needles waiting for an answer. This is the Type of customer service I wanted and what we all need! I know how it feels to be the person some one wants to call and ask questions but not use us for their needs. Not anymore ! Because of her loyalty to every phone call we made to her has built a level of trust. I will now always continue to use and refer. Not only am I happy to consider her a Friend she is now my ONLY GO TO FOR A Home Loan. I look forward to not only building a business client relationship but a True friendship with her . The Texas Loan Team is the Only WAY TO GO!

As a first time home buyer I was stressed about the lender side of things. Id previously tried purchasing property years prior without anyones help and the process was nothing but a giant headache and heartbreak when it didnt pan out. My favorite thing about working with her is her knowledge - she knows the ins and outs of all types of loan programs and what will work best for a home buyer or a seller considering a refi. Shes also very easy to contact, if I have a question I have no doubt that shell respond asap with the best answer for my client. Highly recommend Christina!
