The beginning of my home buying journey with this company and Charlemagne my realtor was pleasant. The beginning of this process was Straightforward and and educational. Any questions or concerns that I had in the beginning were quickly answered or addressed. I will say that no fault of Charlemagne the closing process was a little more difficult and sometimes upsetting but all in all I am happy with the end results. I am loving my new home! If you are looking to purchase a new home I could not suggest a better lending company or realtor to work with. Prior to closing on my new home I worked with a few other lending companies that refused to work with what I had. so I am grateful to this company for making my dream happen.

I never leave a 5 star review. However, Chalamaine is definitely the exception! We were first time homebuyers with a plethora of questions. Chalamaine was patient and made us feel very secure and heard. I most definitely would recommend her! I would like to say Chalamaine and her team did a phenomenal job on getting my family and I in our dream home. Even when things got hard, they never stop working to get us approved for our home loan. I’m remember she was at her son’s game still working and guiding us through this process. Even saved us 1700$ at closing. My experience with Chalamaine and her team was awesome! I was originally pre-approved with the builders lender but after 2 months of going back and forth, they could not get the deal done. I went to Chalamaine, she was upfront with expectations and what would be needed and was able to close the deal in about 20 days! Very professional and a great resource for your lending needs. Definitely will be referring family and friends and look forward to doing business again in the future.

This was such a fun experience to work with this team, that I am almost contemplating joining their team (no jokes). I have never in my life worked with a team of people that out worked me!! They never gave up on me and when I was in doubt or worry, they were always there to see me through! Everyone told me this process would take 30 to 90 days to happen. Not MY team, they made it all happen within 21 days. My Realtor knew what she was doing when she choice this team of Lenders to work with!
