We were extremely grateful that Chad took the time to educate us and reassure us that we were not only going to get this house, but also at a great rate. Well...Chad ended up over delivering and got us a better rate than we could have ever imagined. This is my second home purchase using Chad Mullenix as my broker. Austin, Tx is a very fast market. Chad always wrote up my pre approval letters in just a few hours so I could submit my offers quickly. Chad makes himself available 7 days a week. He is a person of good character and I can trust that he gets deals funded. The home we finally went under contract with wanted a three week close. That was no problem for Chad. Not only did he get it done but the deal was funded immediately at close. -
