Shibu is a fantastic mortgage broker. When I first approached him, I wasnt sure whether I wanted to work with him. I asked him to provide the loan disclosure document , a break up of every little item so that I understand how much I have to pay. As I compared it to the other quotes, I found his quote to be the best quote. So there is no reason why one wouldnt work with someone who would get the best deal.Shibu is extremely honest, transparent , meticulous, knowledgeable and went over his duties to explain everything that was listed in the loan disclosure document. That put my husband and me at ease to make the right decisions. I also took his help before deciding on my Home Insurance. As promised he helped close the loan in the scheduled time and the loan closing process was extremely smooth.I am extremely grateful for the wonderful journey we had right from getting the quote to closing the loan with him.Thankyou Shibu for everything.
