I cant say enough positive things about this company. If you need a property funded promptly, these are the people to trust. Ray, Curtis and Nicole went above and beyond what was expected of them. If you need a commercial real estate loan funded quickly, please dont hesitate to contact Capstone Capital Partners. I reached out to them on a Friday with an urgent funding request that needed to close within 1 week. My client didnt have an appraisal completed yet, but Curtis felt that they could still make it happen. They were able to find an appraiser who could provide a 3 day turn time. My client paid the rush fee to the appraiser and by the following Friday, we closed and funded. Thank you CCP team. I look forward to closing many more deals together.

Capstone takes a conservative approach to lending, which pays dividends for the private investors such as myself. No investment is perfect, but with Capstone, I earn 8-9% while they do the work. Borrowers, as well as the property, are thoroughly vetted before a deal is even offered to the lenders. My retirement looks brighter because of Capstone.
