    Michael Meanor folks. Ask for him! Hereā€™s my story and first time home buyer journey.Where do I even begin? The first time home buying experience is a crash course in buzzwords and confusion. I was absurdly intimated to start and concerned with my credit score despite my salary and desire to purchase my dream home. Instead of turning me away, Michael took a personal interest in seeing it through. I moved money around and paid off my remaining credit cards. He helped me resubmit each one for a rescore and at the last minute when we discovered one had reported a 1.84 late fee dropping my score 30 pts he helped me get a hold of them, tricky because the card was sold to another bank, for a letter clearing the erroneous report and ultimately helping me get my 20 year fixed rate conventional loan right on time for closing. I had another lender competing for my business and there is no way he would have had the stomach to do all the paperwork and things needed to get this done. Highly highly recommend! He is very receptive. Calls and texts back immediately and legit had to hold my hand through this process. Iā€™m so proud of my new home and couldnā€™t have done it without him. It was so much work for 3 weeks he even showed up on the day of because it was such an accomplishment for us both šŸ˜‚ He will do all my family and friends moving forward as well. There were no surprises thanks to him and Iā€™m forever grateful for that

    Adam took care of everything related to our home loan when we bought our home back in 2020. He took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we got the best rate and terms possible. He collaborated really well with our realtor, so we really didnt have to deal with any of the paperwork and business stuff. From start to finish, Adam made the process super easy. All we had to do was provide financial info, review all the paperwork, ask any questions we had, and sign when we were satisfied. I dont think it can get any easier than that.

    We had such a GREAT experience working with Caprock Home Loans, and it was mainly because of our Loan Officer, Michael Meanor. Buying a new home already has enough stress involved, but one area we had no stress in was our loan. Michael was great to work with and extremely helpful and responsive to every question we had along the way. Every step of the way, Michael was there for us. Then when the Sellers of our new home needed to close early, Michael was up front and honest about what it would take to pull it off. We were able to get everything he needed and sure enough he closed a full week earlier than we originally expected. Caprock and Adam Colberg completely changed all that and provided perhaps the most exceptional experience you could find.Borrowing money has become a most invasive process, but Adam understands how difficult the endeavor can be for borrowers and he and the entire Caprock team go out of their way to minimize the pain.The communication was exceptional and we were kept apprised of progress and issues every step of the way.     Canā€™t say enough about the great experience we had with Mike Meanor when we were looking to take advantage of the rate drop which had occurred since our initial purchase 18 months ago. For starters the rate we locked in was significantly better than any other quote we received. We had a number of closing matters to work through but Adam and his team diligently worked with us and our realtor to allow us to close on September 29th, 2021, a period of 15-days (11-working days).     Michael Meaner not only helped my husband and I purchase our new home 3 years ago, but also helped us recently to refinance with a cash out loan. Each time he knew exactly who to point us to whether it was for credit reports, dealing with rising property taxes, or finding a realtor. He knew exactly how to explain things so that I understood them. He promptly returned texts, calls, emails. He has an abundance of experience, education, and knowledge. And a lot of patience and understanding...(especially for someone like me who needed a lot of hand holding)..lol He knows Texas laws very well, and will give you honest up front answers to any questions you have. Honestly I wouldnt recommend anyone else. If I need anything I will always go to him. And I will continue to refer friends and family to him. You can not find better, believe me.
