There was an unauthorized transaction on a business account with the Capital Credit Union. After a message exchange on the app, I visited the location at the Domain and received excellent, fast service. As there was fraudulent activity in the business account, it was recommended that account information be changed. Marco.Escalante, business accounts and Abigale Barnes, member experience explained the process, carried it out efficiently and with the least amount of pain for me as possible, and then, I had new account identification and once again, I feel safe with all of my accounts at the credit union. I am grateful to have worked with them. This could’ve been a really horrible experience and yet at the end, I was smiling because of their good service, kindness and competence. I am a long-time customer and will remain with Capital Credit Union.

Ive been using CCUTX for almost 30 years, ever since my mother opened my first bank account for me. I love them. They will always look out for you and try to help you. They take care of their customers. I hope to see more branches soon!

I initially applied online with CCUTX, but was told I needed to stop in the branch. I’m so glad I did!! I got to meet some pretty incredible people here!To the staff, Abigail,Jamesha(James Ha😂), Ryan and the new guy. Lol! It was such a pleasure having you all assist me! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services CCUTX has to offer, and Abigail got me in and out in under 30 minutes! CCUTX offers great options for checking,savings accounts, and so much more!
