Several months ago I was asked to consider joining Capitol CU located on Ben White. The staff didnt only encourage a basic checking or savings account, but helped me establish other beneficial credit union services. For me it was the investing side of the credit union. At my original CU, there were funds there that were just dormant. The investment team at Capitol helped me move those funds so that they could begin to earn dividends. I would have never thought to connect with the investment team had the Ben White team not encouraged me to consider it.

Went in for a visit this afternoon and the staff was incredible. They were knowledgeable answering any questions that I had about credit and helped me establish a bank account. I recommend anyone looking to establish a relationship with a credit union stop in and speak with the staff.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and professional. They always know me by my name when I walk in the door. They are very competitive in lending rates and their checking has reward features.

I had a problem with Harland Clarke on a check order long story short they hit my acct three times for one order after seven attempts to get some on the phone I went to my credit union for help I met Brian Crux and Blanche Perliski these two people stayed with me for over one hour until after several attempts Blanche got thru to Clark and got a refund for me this was an amazing experience for me with a banking firm you can be proud of these guys they truly do put the customer first and they really care my hat I’d of to CCUTX THANKS
