    Just got off the Chat Line with Capital Mortgage of TX. Nobody likes paying mortgage.. nothing your doing cartwheels over. However, I needed help with mortgage info and got the best Customer Service Agent on the line. Ladies and Gentleman I present.. Shannon Lively!! Today, with all the robotics taking over.. it’s good to know there’s still really good old fashioned customer service out there. She was kind, patient and prompt sending my info to me! Shannon Lively represents this company well. Congratulations for making my day! Good Job!!

    My experience with Capital Mortgage Services of Texas has been a little different than what some of the reviews noted. I could not have found a better company ... and I would recommend them with no reservations. I refinnced and got a good rate with minimal fees, their payment systems have worked flawlessly. In addition - I had a pretty bad flood in my house and Capital has helped me navigate the entire process every step of the way. In my case- which could be different from someone elses circumstances- I needed Capitals help to hold the contractors accountable. Iris Molina at Capital was assigned to me /my house/my account and she has been very professional, helpful, a good communicator, the voice of reason when I didnt understand the entire process, patient and efficient. The icing on the cake is she is very understanding- and an advocate when needed- that really helped me through this house flood, bad contractor, better contractor mess. If you not building/contractlr/insurance savvey I would go with Capital Mortgage Services and ask for Iris if you have any claims problems

    Ive had my mortgage here for over 10 years they have always been great. I want to specifically call out Iris in the Loss Draft department. She was so kind, patient and helpful in assisting me with an insurance issue. She provided me with excellent customer service and made the entire process super easy. Thank you Iris!

    Capital Mortgage has been our lender for over 7 years and we have been very happy with them. Their online texting option is very convenient. It quickly puts you in contact with someone who can answer your specific question. Just recently, Cynthia very patiently walked me through some paperwork I needed to fill out and send to them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Friendly and efficient! Highly recommend

    Samantha was amazing. Our loan got bought by you. We have been trying to find the right company to make our first payment all month. We never received a welcome package so we didn’t have much information, but the companies name. Samantha helped us set up our account and we were able to make our 1st payment finally. We sent 3 emails, I called and was told they would find the information and get back to us. But, no follow through. Samantha went above and beyond. She is a keeper. It’s hard to find great customer service these days. She’s a rare find, make sure you keep her.

    I love their texting option to communicate with customers service. Allows me to ask my questions when they come into my head and they respond within business hours.I don’t like having a mortgage… who does? But at least their customer service department - Particularly Stephanie - is fantastic to work with.

    I was having issues ensuring my online mortgage payment was processing. I clicked on the help link the site provides and despite being closed I was received a text indicating that my concerns would be addressed the next business day.. and, within 5 minutes of their opening I was contacted by text. Awesome 👌 👏 👍 The matter was resolved by then 😀

    I have nothing but good things to say about Capital Mortgage. Their staff has been nothing but amazing to me. Support is great. Ive never had any issues with my payments or being able to get in touch with someone to help me when I needed it. I prefer local companies and love the ladies over there. They really are amazing and I will keep my mortgages with them every time.

    This company was always returning our calls and emails and keeping us in the loop of all changes and updates. Never had any problems of getting a hold of anybody to help us with our questions and concerns. They made purchasing a home an easy experience and helped us through the whole process and making sure that we could get the home we wanted.

    Everyone will fall flat on their face at least once in their lifetime. This time, it is Capital Mortgage. Their website and IT service provider literally screwed them over, causing the company to experience a huge downfall on their services. Because of this, they are clogged up with customer dissatisfaction and they werent able to provide their customer services the best they can. I had a terrible experience with them. I didnt receive my mortgage refund check for 2 solid months. But Im a patient man and I understand. I received my check from them today and I was able to make a payment on their website. They will get back on their feet. I believe in Capital Mortgage. After all, they are based in Lubbock, Texas, which for this city, customer satisfaction is a number one priority. I know this because I am a Red Raider alumni, lived in Lubbock for 5 years to finish my Masters. This city is genuine with its people. Capital Mortgage will get back up again. You guys stay strong, and make sure to keep communicating with your clients. Never leave a voicemail unanswered. I believe in yall.

    I have received excellent customer service during a very stressful time. Last year I went through a hurricane where my home sustained some damages. The individual at capital mortgage working on my claim was thorough and informative. Everything was explained to me in details and handled expeditiously.

    I made my October payment on my mortgage on October 1st, 2018. I recieved confirmation thanking me for my payment. On October 22, 2018 I received my statement and it said I was one month behind. How, I made my payment. Well in short, it was discovered that the representative took down the wrong banking information tried to process it;as a result, it was rejected and instead of immediately contacting me they waited 2 weeks to attempt to call me stated that they left a voicemail but I dont have voicemail: that statement was retracted. Bottomline because its a lot to say the only person that was willing to work with me at that company was Ms Marci and I thank her so much for acknowledging the mistake on the companys part and her willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer who did everything right thank you Ms Marci and this is the only reason why Im going to give it four stars. I believe that if a company make a or several that policies should come secondary to attempting to rectify a problem regarding a customers account ESPECIALLY if the problem is a result of the companys actions or lack thereof.1) Took down the wrong information2) Give confirmation of recipient of the payment3) Once the process didnt go through, no immediate notification.4) Waited two weeks to attempt to call only on the 17th.5) No further attempts6) Sent out regular monthly statement, this is when I was notified.7) Didnt want to work with me to rectify the issue.THANK YOU MS MARCI FOR YOUR MUCH NEEDED TRUE CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER AND FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING AND THAT HELPING YOUR CUSTOMER.Important note: I have never had any previous issues with this company and I understand that mistakes do happen. I also think that implementation of another optional payment system is much needed.

    I LOVE this company! My mortgage was sold to them a few years ago and they have been great! I just refinanced with them and the service was beyond excellent! Celeste and the whole team are very professional and responsive. The best mortgage company I have ever done business with!

    Working with Maria to get our ACH payment set up was done with great customer service. She was able to answer our questions, process our first payment and get the recurring payment set up without any problems. I was concerned since our loan had been sold to Capital Mortgage (out of state), but the way they have assisted us has helped put my wife’s and my apprehension at ease.

Everytime I had a question about something I could call Gina and she would answer any question that i had. Great bunch of people working there.     Im not exactly sure where these poor rating come from. Ive been working with Celeste for awhile and shes absolutely wonderful. She always answers my calls and my questions. Shes friendly and you can tell she does anything and everything she can to help. This is a wonderful company, Im always greeted at the door. And on top of it all, my husband, my two kids and I were turned down for a mortgage loan by many places until we were referred here. We were prepared for this place to tell us no too. Until we were pre-approved for the loan for our first house and proceeded in paperwork. Its been a blessing to work with this company for our loan and Celeste has been amazing. I would refer Capital Mortgage to anyone!
