Not only was the rep I spoke with both times super friendly and informative but he was able to get me my document same day without a fuss and with a smile in his voice! When dealing with sensitive real estate transactions like this, having quick friendly interactions with mortgage companies is always a huge plus!

Ive closed three hard money loans with Capital Fund 1 over the course of 6 months. Slaten has been my point person from the start, and he and his teams communications have been outstanding. They have consistently hit our close dates, with my first deal closing in 10 days after engaging them. Theyve saved me 10s of thousands of dollars in junk fees that other hard money lenders were trying to charge me, and their interest rates are better as well. 10 for 10 will use them again.
