Ive been in this game for 7 years. I dont always use hard money but when I do, Capital Connection is as good as it gets. Just closed on a house with them today! Quick funding, easy draw process. All the associates are easily accessible. These are genuinely good folks, unlike some of the predatory lenders that like to prey on would-be first time investors. 6 Stars from me!
