    Richard stepped in on a tight deadline to help us with a complicated loan on a property that didnt qualify for a Fannie Mae loan, self-employed buyer with complicated financials, unexpected issues on the seller side that had to be resolved on an even tighter timeline, and he got it done on time.He was knowledgeable, great communication throughout, and he was able to help us close the deal where others couldnt. There were times when I was confused on a few things, but she was very patient with me for the most part, and explained them to me the best she could.     I fully endorse Zach Mayhew as a superior mortgage loan consultant. I amazed at how smooth Zach made the refinance process for me. Based on my 3 previous refinance applications with other lenders, I expected to have a laborious experience of collecting documentation for the Caliber application. From the very beginning, Zach completely erased my anticipation of having a painstaking experience. Zach was truly committed to an uncomplicated refinance process. Not only was the online application simple to complete and upload documents, Zach touched base with me often via text, calls and emails – offering assistance and keeping me informed.     Wendy Nelson and Heather Akers made a great team. When we first spoke with Wendy back in September 23 we were shopping for lenders. She immediately made a positive impact on us and there was no doubt we were going to use her as our mortgage originator. She and Heather were both great communicators throughout the entire process and were obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about their products. Wendy recommended a combined 60/20 (1st/2nd) mortgage program that was perfect for our condo purchase needs. Newrez (Caliber) provided the 1st mortgage and they coordinated with a local Credit Union for the 2nd. One of the best things we liked about this program was that Newrez did all of the coordination with the Credit Union so that we were only dealing with Newrez. They made sure we provided everything the Credit Union needed and coordinated the entire process for both financial institutions all the way to closing so that we were only working with Wendy and Heather.Also, with interest rates being much higher now and fluctuating a lot, Wendy helped us navigate through this period and ended up helping us lock in at the best possible point.Heather was also super efficient with the underwriting portion of the process and kept us well informed of what documentation was needed. Their online portal for uploading documents was also extremely helpful and fairly easy to navigate. We could add additional documents along the way as needed.Most importantly, we closed right on time and with no hiccups for funding on the day of closing.
