    My experience with Caliber was great. Doug Wilken is the man! Ive heard horror stories about getting a loan (and the entire process of buying a home) but my experience was great. Some minor and common hiccups/challenges were faced since we were building a new build but that those challenges were brought on behalf of the builder. However, the loan process was great. If youre honest, respectful, and meet the requirements for your loan, I recommend Caliber because you will get treatment you deserve... especially if you have someone like Doug in your corner. Good luck.

    Carol was our original loan officer five years ago when we purchased our home and she has been supportive ever since. I would have questions well after closing on our home and she was very knowledgeable and responsive. When the time recently came to refi, she was there to explain all of our options and help us select the option that was right for us. I highly recommend Carol and Caliber as my experience with her for both closings have been amazing!

    I just have to take out a moment and give a shout out to my mortgage loan officer Gary Walters. LISTEN, if you are planning to buy a house, now or in the future, refinance the mortgage you already have, get a cash out refinance to consolidate debt, hes your guy! I am self-employed and he got mine done for me! And veterans are his specialty! You wont regret using his services!

    I started with my home search in Miami and Stephen started this journey with me. He was amazing, knowledgeable and even answered my call during the weekend !!
