Unlike other places where they were slow to respond or used pressure tactics, she was honest and upfront right away telling me what she could offer and providing and explaining helpful information as I made the decision on choosing a lender.Then when I chose Caliber she continued to provide the same level of service. Responded very quickly to all my questions. Went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and informed. If I, or Destri, had not noticed this would have cost us a lot of money. Caliber system needs to be improved.
