Oh man where to start? All I can say is what an AMAZING and I mean AMAZING experience with this lending group! We closed on our new home yesterday 4-16-24 and got keys same day. I don’t have the words to describe Ceci. Ceci you are plain and simple AWESOME! We were so blessed to have you as our loan officer. As a first time home buyer I had sooooo many questions and concerns and Ceci not ONE TIME was she disrespectful in anyway shape or form. On the contrary. She was soooooo polite and respectful. My wife and I are first time home buyers and went with Cadence Lending Group as our mortgage company. We were very nervous at the thought of purchasing a house especially when it came to the money side of things. However, our loan officer Derek was absolutely amazing. I am not joking when I say that I felt like a very important person with how much time and attention he gave to me and my wife. Derek took care of us regarding the mortgage and even general questions about buying a home/landscaping. He is extremely polite and nice and was amazing all throughout. He made this daunting buying experience much better, and we dont think we couldve gotten better customer service anywhere else. If you are looking to purchase a home, please look no further. Cadence Lending will definitely take care of you, especially Derek. He is such a strong asset to the company, and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

I went to at least ten different mortgage lenders. Most had very limited knowledge and either couldnt answer my questions or gave me wrong advice. When I called Cadence, that all changed. My file was assigned to Jenell Mendoza, who was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions, even if it meant calling me on weekends or holidays. After some unexpected problems during our closing period, Jenell was always there to guide me to the end. Cadence also offered me the best interest rates, flexibility on different loan options, and always had my best interests in mind.
