    Yoranne Mbadu went above and beyond to help figure out my issue. I had called 2 times before and both people brushed me off, gave me mis-information, and ended the call with sending me statements to get me off the phone. Yoranne was on the phone for me for 45 minutes and took a deep look into my payment history to see where the error was coming from.     My wife and I are very new customers of BSI Financial Services after our new mortgage was transferred to them from GoMortgage. The transfer was very smooth and the service provided so far by BSI has been above reproach. Im hopeful that we will have a very smooth and stress free mortgage experience going forward.

    Had a great experience with the last representative we talked to she gave us the information we needed. I need to mention the trip we took to get there. It is hard to believe that there are only a handful of knowledgeable people in this company. We had talked with several people to try and get the information we needed. Different answers from them all sending us to different websites that wasnt what we needed and emails that go unanswered. The last rep saved the review from being a 1 star to a 4 star.

    Initially, a few years ago, they were amazing!! Ive seen some changes in the last year. Hoping they keep the reps that were from Allied. They are knowledgeable and professional.Outsourcing means death to customer service and thankfully only a few calls over the past 4 years Ive been with them have been frustrating.

    In the past I had very negative experiences concerning contact with BSI. Yesterday I spoke with Elizabeth and received 5 star assistance and the likely resolution to my mortgage payoff. My mortgage was acquired by BSI 2 years ago and has been a negative experience until yesterday. One very empathic person by the name of Elizabeth gave me hope and a plan. All your representatives should emulate her example of excellent customer service.

    BSI Financial Services is an Overall Good Company-I do think it is RIDICULOUS that it is impossible to speak to someone in their Escrow Department, but hopefully the Mortgagee will get to speak to someone with knowledge about their account like I did.., their Customer Service is 100%.

    I received a letter from BSI regarding the taxes that were going to be paid on my behalf. I had sent BSI a letter from Jackson County the week before with my current taxes which were considerably less than what was stated in your letter. She quickly confirmed receipt of the letter and that the right amount would be sent to pay our taxes. Situation settled in less then five minutes. Very professional and courteous!

    Customer support can be called later than most companies, plus their site has a lot of options for handling your mortgage (i.e. setting up auto-payment, requesting early payoff, and putting in more payments). I am overall pleased with BSI for my first mortgage
