Other lender was not willing to match their terms moreover they were trying to take us on a guilt trip over potentially switching lender. They were there to answer all the questions ( I did had a lot of those ). We ended up getting a best terms for a market condition at the time. They didnt waste our time. Brooke and Trae were able to close on our hose in under 21 days!!!

She and her team communicated extremely well - we knew exactly what was happening every step along the way.
