I went to cash a check as a non-member. Monica was kind and patient enough to show me the benefits of becoming a new member and how it would benefit my new business. She also explained the platinum credit card promotion in the very short time I had. I will definitely come back for both! I felt that she cared about my business and personal banking needs. She was very professional and polite at the same time. We need more people that enjoy their jobs in every type of service like she does. I will make Broadway my bank next time I come by.
