Broadway is an excellent bank with great service and a minimum of red tape. Personnel are well trained and very cordial and knowledgeable. It’s much more personalized than dealing with national banks.

Excellent customer service is the hallmark of conducting financial transactions at the Broadway Bank Main Financial Center. I normally make a visit about once every couple of months to make a deposit or perform a currency exchange. Yes, they do perform foreign currency exchange. My transactions are always correct and performed quickly and with a friendly word and smile. Im also very pleased with my Star checking account app which gives me access to my account and perform services like activate or deactivate my debit card on the app. I have been a customer of Broadway Bank since it was once known as Eisenhower Bank and I plan on hanging around to see what the next name change will be. 😃
