Broadway Bank employees with whom I interact are all courteous. However, most of my current needs are addressed by Paul Galvan. He is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Most recently he assisted me with creating a monthly withdrawal for my rent. He provided information I needed to understand the process then took the actions needed to complete initiating the new pay method. He is an asset to Broadway Bank. I have banked with Broadway for years, (checking and saving accounts) and I consider Paul is among the best of your staff.ja -
