I love Broadway bank and have never had a bad experience in 30 years of banking with you till yesterday. Thursday around 3 I went through the drive through to deposit cash . My renter always pays me in cash , all 20’s . My bank in Fredericksburg never has a problem counting it for me because I also add my own cash to it . Never been a problem.This lady in Boerne was horrible to me . I had already gotten approval from a man that it would be no problem for them to count my money and I sent my money through . She came to the camera and started accusing me of all kinds of stuff . She told me that after she counts I’m going to argue with her and tell her the total isn’t correct . At this point I am nervous she is going to take my money but she already has it at this point . I told her that there are cameras everywhere and I have never not trusted someone at my bank . She threw a fit and was so rude to me but counted my money . I have used this branch several times and everyone has always been awesome to me until yesterday. I would still never give less stars than 4 because I love my bank just not this lady .

I a huge THANKS to Garrett and his Broadway (Boerne) HELOC team for the help and guidance along the way. He was a wealth of knowledge, he answered all my questions and was upfront about what to expect throughout this process. His team was also extremely responsive every time we reached out. Without this loan, we wouldn’t have been able to purchase our forever home. We successfully closed on it before ringing in the new year. Broadway has been our bank for about 10 years now and they’ve always managed to save the day. We are so grateful and will continue to support our local bank!!!

I just started with Broadway bank and it was a little rough going in but once you get going they truly are all amazing individuals . If you need a bank who cares who will go above and beyond for you go to Broadway bank if you need to talk to anyone all the staff are good but I truly recommend Brandy she is one of a kind and a godsend .
