His approach is fantastic, he first creates a nice friendly relationship and explains every option in an Excel sheet over a Zoom call. This gave me a fair idea of what works best for me. Brian is very professional and makes the entire process very smooth. I had a special request on closure dates since I wanted to gift the house to my wife on our Wedding Anniversary, Brain and his team made it happen. The overall experience is fantastic with Brian.
