Doing a reverse mortgage is complicated and easy: complicated because anytime you have to deal with banking/government bureaucracies, the requirements that need to be satisfied can be daunting but also easy when you have a reverse mortgage planner like Brian McRae as your guide and facilitator.We were blessed from the beginning to find Brian who in addition to being personable, warm and always gracious is an expert in the intricacies of the process.
