Brenda is extremely knowledgeable in her field! She will listen to what you want and will work hard to get it. She has a great personality which makes it easy to work with her. She has the ability to explain complicated financial scenarios in common language. We appreciated working with her very much.

I found Brenda after having a bad experience with one of the large mortgage companies and I am so glad that I did. She helped us get a great deal on our refinance and really held our hand throughout the whole process step by step. In fact, we werent able to do it immediately due to the terms of our original mortgage and so she kept everything and contacted us when it was time. She gave crucial advice and went above and beyond. Cant recommend her services enough!

My husband and I recently bought a house in Texas using Brenda Barnhart as our loan originator. We were moving from a few states away, so needless to say it can be a wild ride. Brenda was thorough and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot when moving to a state we never lived before. She explained everything so we could understand all the paperwork mumbojumbo that comes with buying a house. She was a calm presence through the chaos. If anyone needs a home loan I would contact her first! Brenda will take care of you like you’re family. There is no one better than Brenda. If we need to buy again in the future we are using her without a doubt.
