Brandon was absolutely fabulous to work with. We had been working with another loan officer who scared me about the timeline for us getting approved and then basically ghosted us. Brandon sent us a pre-approval letter the same day I submitted all our paperwork. He took the time to answer all of my questions, some rational some, not so much. He sent us at least 10 different scenarios for houses we were looking at. He eased my fears in so many ways and was always very responsive. He was a joy to work with.
