Working with your team, Matthew, Michelle, Erika, and Cindy, was a pleasure. They were all knowledgeable of their roles, kind, patient, and professional with Fabian, Jessie, and me. They set a goal with a deadline and helped us provide the correct documentation so that we closed on the date they set.Fabians first conversation with one of the teams I respected was that they asked him to be honest and tell him all of his debt. So that he could run the numbers before they ran a complex credit report. Fabian liked that because his time and the teams were well-spent. The process was less stressful and quick.They helped us help our 27-year-old son purchase his first home. It was a bittersweet time when he completed signing all of the documents. Tears started rolling down his face, and he said I wish my older brother, JB, could be here to witness my significant accomplishment. Jessie Austin Jr., JB drowned three years ago in Martindale, Texas, tubing the river at the age of 29 years old. He had purchased his first home with his wife and two-year-old daughter six months before his death.Wow, I cant believe I forgot Mike. He was excellent from the beginning to the end. They were able to provide me a very favorable loan and Brad helped me navigate a very tempestuous rate period and I locked in a rate that I was satisfied with. Julie was always available to answer questions and provided plenty of advice throughout the months leading up to the closing date.
