Berder federal credit union has been my Banks sense I was little boy my mom put allowance money into. I’ve had it for over 30 years might’ve changed the account number once. they’ve always help me with my accidental overdraft they reverse the overdraft charge. Even though it was my fault they have the common courtesy to realize we don’t have enough money and cut us a break. Even though the lines for other customers might be long or something .but lines are long everywhere and it’s worth the wait for good servicethank you and God bless this company and employees my name isJarrod Paul Lang “This is a real review. I have been a long time member with border Federal and I have seen the Credit Union Expand and provide services to Eagle Pass and other nearby Communities. Border Federal has a professional staff that is proficient and know ledgeable with all my needs. I have my mortgage and Vehicle loans with BFCU and they were able to help me lock in my rates when they were low and make my payments more affordable. I continue to be a member at BFCU and I have referred a few friends that moved to Del Rio to become members. Mrs. Susana Mendez and her superior knowledge was a God sent to us. The time and energy she put forth in helping us were so greatly appreciated. She took the time to explain to us our options and the best possible service was on full display...We have been members for quite some time and she has always been willing to listen and give the best of herself to help.Thank you Susana!
