This review is for the new Border Federal Credit Union on El Indio Hwy.On the 14th of February, 2025Family members of mine, bank here. Since this bank is new to our area, we stopped to make a transaction. Let me begin with the phenomenal architectural achievement and atmospheric functions. Once you walk into the lobby, you will have a stop-what-your-doing reaction. A young staff member met us with considerable politeness and helped direct us to our designated area. There are windows where the customer walks up to a screen image display and interacts with a live person on the other side. It looks a little like a cubicle and creates a sense of intimacy. Along with a phone to talk with the bank teller privately, e.g, sensitive information, and allows confidentiality. The banks amenities include a coin kiosk that dispenses your receipt. The customer will take to the teller and cash with no fee. These are just a few of all functions that will surely draw many new customers. Its modernized and conjured a streamline simplicity. Amid covid, pre - and post in mind, a loan officer explains that the banks objective was to serve its customers and not to have the same experience once before like many other public places were affected by and had to shut down in-person interactions.Now, lets begin with the other, as I inquired when I asked about the dynamics and functionality. This loan officer, I initiated contact with not before he passed in front of me, not acknowledging my presence. Basic communication technique involves both parties face-to-face wavelengths, a sensory experience. That would have been a great opportunity to reel in a new customer. Your customers perceive they are getting a personalized service. One can only imagine a company like this one would want to connect with them. While prompting more strong word of mouth. The loan officer only put in the effort until I conveyed it. This also creates an inviting environment. Introducing a new bank to our side of town is especially convenient. Staying on issue, this small interaction robs the energy of the experience. It constitutes common courtesy for the customer, even a non-customer.Id like to think this bank has an interest in the convenience of its customers. This credit union has built a powerful loyalty with my family members.In highly trafficked sites like this one, banks have social platforms, e.g, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and even YouTube,etc, a powerful tool to communicate with their public. For that loan officer, timing it perfectly would have distinctively demonstrated interest.In closing, my review shouldnt take away from its brand. I might be getting ahead of myself, but I can bet this bank has very well achieved their goal. Esthetically- arrested, a solvable system, [worse case scenario] gain competitive advantage, and obviously generate revenue.

Had an amazing experience with car loan specialist Mary Balderas in Eagle Pass! I’m so glad I went to her for lending, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped me get the best rate and was so sweet and patient with the whole process! I definitely recommend her if you are looking to buy a car.10/10
