I had an excellent experience working with Billy Greer at VIP Mortgage. After reaching out to several lenders who seemed great at first but disappeared later, Billy stood out by being available and supportive from start to finish. I compared quotes from three lenders, and his was the most competitive. Not only that, but what he quoted initially matched the final numbers exactly—no surprises. His team member, Stephanie, was also fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was by far the smoothest and quickest loan closing I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Billy was present every step of the way up until closing. If I had a question I could call with confidence that he would be ready, willing, and available to provide a solution. If he missed my calls he would return them with haste. Additionally, when I lost my job in the middle of our approval process, Billy never showed signs of our loan being in jeopardy and actually gave kinda words of reassurance that we would be able to find a way to make sure all would work out.

This is not a paid post!I recently worked with Billy to which I closed on my first home. Billy was outstanding and professional the entire time. Billy answers his phone day and night, and is willing to stay on the phone with you for however long you need to talk things through. He provided updates on a consistent basis and was clear and concise. I cannot rave more about him as he is a great representative of VIP Mortgage. He is willing to do whatever it takes to get a deal done. If you value customer service, then call Billy.
