I would definitely recommend Mel to anyone. When we started this process in April we had a feeling rates would go down but were very concerned because we didn’t know for how long. We chose Melanie as our lending agent and when the feds dropped the rates she made sure she put laser focus on monitoring the market and kept consistent communication with us on when we should lock in our rate. Needless to say we locked in a great rate after the Fed rate cuts right before they started going back up. All credit due to Melanie and her team for being proactive and making this process very easy for us because, believe me, the home buying process can be very stressful and a lot to manage for any couple.
