Ben and his team (Brian and Lacie) gave us a great mortgage lending experience as first time homebuyers! They called me as soon as they saw I was in the middle of the initial application to see if I had any questions, which left a great first impression. They often checked in and went over each step along the way. When we shopped around with different lenders, Ben and his team were able to adjust their rate to be more competitive. We went with his team due to their better communication, improved rate, and confidence that they could actually follow through with their promises (which they did!). The closing process was smooth and straightforward, thanks in part to this teams efforts. We were greatly satisfied and would highly recommend them for anyone else applying for a mortgage!
