Ashley Ramirez was our loan originator for our VA loan, she was absolutely wonderful as was Yeansie in making sure we had all of the proper documents and in the form the were required! We were a little worried because we had already been turned down a few months ago because of the VA Loan rules. But as soon as we met all the requirements Ashley was so helpful she walked us through every single step and would always get back to us right away i answer any and all questions. She was super helpful and we are so happy to be in our home now!

There are no words to express how amazing this team is. I went in not knowing at all what I was doing when I was applying for a mortgage loan, but they have been so amazing explaining things and helping me where I needed it. I was helped by three different team members and going from one to the next, I was afraid I wouldn’t get the same treatment but I was so wrong. Sarai put me at ease with my concerns or questions and Joni has been phenomenal with answering quickly and continued to put me at ease. If anyone ever asks me who they should go with when it comes to a mortgage company, I will definitely be recommending Benchmark. Nothing but positive compliments to them. Absolutely amazing. This is my 2nd mortgage I’ve closed with Sarai and team. The 1st was about 5 years ago and the 2nd recently. Both times everything went by smoothly. In between, Sarai has always been available to answer or give advice with any questions I had. My 2nd mortgage was a “no brainer” on who I would trust to help me. I travel for work but her/team were always available…didn’t matter the time. They have really made the experience enjoyable and stress free. If you’re in the market give them the opportunity…I really recommend them!

I recently built my first home and used Sarai and Isabel at Benchmark for the lending. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about building or financing a home, but I had heard many horror stories about the process...especially the closing part. Sarai and Isabel were phenomenal. They were patient with all my questions and fears, responsive, flexible with special situations when needed, and kept my close date 100% on track. In fact, the only stress I had through the whole process was through my own 401k company. Midway through the process I became paranoid that I may not be getting a good deal so I shopped other lenders. One of them flat out told me that nobody would be able to beat the deal that Benchmark was giving me. I would highly recommend these folks.

If you are in the market for a new home, please use Benchmark Mortgage for all your loan needs! This is going to be a little long winded but I have to give my experience with them.I was contacted by Sarai and she started getting the ball rolling really quick, within hours I was preapproved and then the real fun started. Once we got closer to closing, all these requested documents were requested and I sent them in. She ran all the numbers pertaining to the purchase price and she ran so many different scenarios to see which would be better for me. I could tell she genuinely cared for what was best for me, with COVID-19 and falling oil prices going on, it has been stressful on everyone involved, she reassured me that everything was going to work out. If she knew it wasnt going to work out, she would have told me(talk about being honest). I attempted to get a mortgage through them back in May but I had to back out of the deal due to personal reasons. But I did promise her whenever I was going to be back into the market for a home, I would definitely use them.Joni was real supportive through the whole underwriting process. She made sure that everything that was needed was in the correct order. All of the is were dotted and the ts were crossed. She also reassured me that everything would go through and the underwriter would more than likely request minimal documentation. She sure was right about that. Within a weeks time, my loan was cleared for closing!! I have had many of my friends ask who I used and I said confidently Benchmark Mortgage. I always tell them, they will find a way to make it happen. They genuinely care about your wellbeing and not about making a quick buck.
