Kym is incredible. Her attention to detail is exceptional. We did not want to continue with the home buying process if Kym wasn’t involved. She did a tremendous job of explaining the numbers on hand, and making sure we were able to understand all the information given to us. She was in constant communication via phone call and was always sending us video recordings of what needed to be done to purchase our dream home. We would not be at the great place we’re currently at, if Kym didn’t help us. We appreciate you, Kym thank you!

As first time homebuyers who made the move from California to Texas, Kym made this a smooth experience from start to finish. We chatted virtually in March 2024 & at the time, my husband & I didn’t feel ready to make the leap & wanted to scope out the greater Austin area. Kym was so kind & patient & she gave us a few pointers to get us on the right track. Back then she felt confident that we could get into a house by Christmas & I was in disbelief! Fast forward to mid November, we got the green light to start looking at homes & closed twos weeks into the new year. Because of her detailed explanations through video recordings or voice memos, she made everything so clear to where it was easy for us to execute each step without feeling overwhelmed! I’m still in shock at how smooth everything went! She made what we felt was impossible, possible & well within reach without stretching ourselves thin. We now have a beautiful home & can still enjoy life outside of the home because of her looking out for us. Thank you for everything Kym!

Kym Burns is phenomenal!!! I had the pleasure of working with Kym when she became my new loan officer after my previous loan officer resigned. All I can say is wow!!! From the moment she began working on my loan, her communication skills is top level! She reached out to me right away and was also already in communication with my realtor and builder for my new construction home. Kym was eager and happy to help get everything in order for me to create ease and a peace of mind! That was super important to me especially as a first time home buyer. I really love that kym’s speciality is teaching and she loves to help people learn and grow. Loans can be very challenging to understand, but with Kym, this loan experience was a breeze thanks to her thorough meetings via zoom where she explained every disclosure in great detail and had me visually see every change being made and what changes would happen in the future as well. Kym was determined to make sure I was taken care of to the very end on closing day and get me into my new home! Kym even goes above and beyond and will stay in touch with me to make sure I understand what is expected of me as a first time home owner. When my wife and I entered the homebuying process we were heading into totally new territory. We had thought we were going to be renting again, but our realtor thought that buying was a real option for us and connected us with Kym.If youve bought a home before you know what an overwhelming process it can be, and if you havent bought a home before youve probably heard how hard it can be. The loan process in particular can be very confusing because (at least in our case) youre hearing a lot of terms that you arent particularly familiar with, and you could easily be confused as to what you even will owe when you finally sign your papers.Fortunately for us we had Kym. From the first time we met with her we felt like she was someone we could trust, and that she had our best interest in mind. Throughout the whole process Kym was regularly getting on calls with us to walk through every step of securing our home loan and making sure that we understood every little change and its implications along the way. She made sure to be clear with us on every document and letter and deposit we owed and when, and she was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or concerns along the way.Going through a process like this you really need to feel like the experts youre working with have your back, and every step along the way we knew that Kym had ours. I cant recommend her and her teams services enough.
