Kevin was a God send. As a veteran, initiating the process for a VA loan can be somewhat tedious to say the least. Not with Kevin though. Not only was he great to work with, but his knowledge of the VA loan process was the best I have encountered. I cant say enough about Kevins work ethic and attention to detail - we were able to move through the pre-approval to the funding process with ease. From the very first conversation I had with Kevin, I knew I’d be leaving a 5-star review. After deciding to use the Texas VLB, I sent a screenshot to my son of the three closest lenders. He picked Kevin on a whim. My first thought when reading his reviews was, “there’s no way anyone is this good.” Boy, was I wrong!During every interaction, Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to explain (and sometimes re-explain) everything about my loan, no matter how long it took. Even though this is my fourth home purchase, I learned more from Kevin in the last month than I have before. That’s not to say I’ve ever had a bad experience with a loan officer, but I also can’t say I’ve ever had a memorable one. When purchasing a home, most people can recall the name and company of their realtor. For the first time, I can instantly remember the information of both my realtor and loan officer.Every five-star review about Kevin is genuine. I recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a home. As a veteran, it means so much to have people you can trust to help you use the benefits you’ve earned.

The first time that I spoke with Kevin; before I committed as a client, Kevin stayed on the phone with my wife and I for an hour answering all and every question we had.
