Tracy and her team were a huge help with my recent mortgage. Another lender that I was working with told me 3 days before my closing that they wouldn’t do my loan because of some weird nonsense reasons. My realtor told me I should get with Tracy to see if she could help. She worked all Friday evening and through the weekend to look over my information for a reason I wouldn’t be able to get a loan. She didn’t find one, on the following monday she sent some of my information to her underwriters to see if they would see anything of concern. Long story not so short, we closed on our new house with Tracey just over 2 weeks later. I have closed and refinanced several properties, I feel Tracey was very informative and always kept me in the loop with where we were in the process. She will definitely be on the top of my list of who to call the next time I deal with a mortgage loan.Thank you Tracy!
