In my experience with Adam Goldenberg and Benchmark Mortgage, I found a lender that is willing to go above and beyond for their customer. My family and I elected to build our house with a 100% reliance upon rainwater collection for our house. I had detailed plans, funds available, and timelines for implementation. Adams team trusted our work on this, and they were the ONLY lender out of over 10 local companies that gave us a shot. Today, were a year into thriving in our new home with enough water on hand for 6 months of normal use. Working with this team was a breeze, and Im sure Ill be a returning customer in the future.
