I’ve been with Beacon FCU since 2001. I’ve done different loans and have several different savings accounts with them. I like they offer Apple Pay on their debit and credit cards. It makes it easy for me to make a purchase without digging in my purse for my card. I also like that the office in the HEB is opened later.

I called to make a payment today and spoke to Britney (sp?). The branch was having phone issues and we were disconnected in the middle of our conversation. She immediately emailed me to complete my payment process. Not long after she called me back to tell me my payment was processed. She worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of.

All Beacon FCUs are so great to work with and they have helped me get back on track when others deemed me un-helpable, so I will always be grateful and possibly a bit biased in their favor, but this bank truly treats you like a neighbor, or a friend, rather than a customer. This location is near home for me so I have stopped here often and they are always super friendly and pretty fast. I dont remember one time where there was more than one person ahead of me in line. 5* service every time!

Ive been banking with Beacon, (formally Dupont) fcu since the mid 1990s. I moved out of state after retirement but kept Beacon at LaPorte as my bank and have always enjoyed 5 star serivice, just a phone call away and never had a problem with mobile banking or useing my debit card anywhere in the USA.

Been with Beacon since they were Baytown Employees Credit Union. 20+ yrs. I love the way they remember you and have that family feel. Only thing I wish is for more ATMs. Or if they would not charge fee for using another credit unions ATM.They dont nickel and dime you like banks or make you have unreasonable dailey balance.
